It's common to be confused. to have tons of thoughts clouding your judgement. It's common to not know what to do and to want to just push everything away and give up. But I think of it like this, if you're under water, and everything is pitch black around you, you could go any way. I mean in theory you don't know which way is up. You can go any way you want but you NEED to go up. Unless you wanna...you know...
It's okay to not know what to do and to question everything. But when you don't know what decision is the right one to make, focus on what you actually know. Focus on things you're sure of, constants. love is a constant. It's the constants in your life that are going to lead you to the surface, even if you aren't completely sure of which way is up.
I hope the people that needed to hear that are the people that read it...Peace.
